Cool & Cosmic

Jasmine flowers, which are traditionally picked early in the day when tightly closed, open in the cool evening or moonlit night, imparting their sweet scent onto the green tea leaves. Regionally grown Chrysanthemum, ancient for “Gold Flower,” adds local flavor for this aromatic brew.

Flavor Notes: southern honeysuckle, spring rain, coastal jasmine
